When determining which package to select keep in mind the following:

• All files are automatically compressed before storing off site at EveryDayBackup. The compression ratio will differ based on file types. Pictures for example have a low compression ratio, while Excel, Word and similar type files typically compress around 60-70%. For example, if on your C: Drive 600, 000 Kilobytes may compress to under 200MB. In this example the Bronze package would be selected.
• Do not back up software programs like Microsoft Office or Lotus Notes, only the files you have created with that software. Why pay storage on a program you can easily reinstall should you need to restore.

Group Packages

• If you have 4 PC's in your office that each use 200MB of data storage space for a total of 800MB of storage. Simply advise EveryDay BackUp via email to group your PC's under one account to take advantage of volume purchases.
