Gathering and Sharing of Information, Links to External and Co-Branded Websites
We monitor traffic patterns on the Site and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use to analyze trends and administer the Site in order to improve its layout and design and to permit Site personalization and streamlining to create the best experience we can for our users. In order to perform analysis permitting such personalization and improvement of site design and user experience, we may employ suitable third parties with whom we share the information necessary to accomplish these objectives. Services
Generally. Purchasing a SBBS membership entitles you (a "Member") to all the tools, resources, member offers and/or discounts available on the site regardless of your use of them.

Your SBBS membership is not transferable from one business to another.

Payment Terms
For access to and use of a SBBS membership, you agree to pay all fees and charges specified in the SBBS membership fee schedule. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable. SBBS asks that you provide us with your credit card information for payment, and all charges you incur for use of the SBBS Service will be charged to the credit card number you provide. If SBBS does not receive payment from the card issuer, you agree to pay SBBS all amounts due upon demand. SBBS may take commercially reasonable actions to validate your credit card and collect all payments due. You agree to pay all attorney and collection fees arising from any efforts to collect any past due amounts from you to the extent allowed by law. You understand that if SBBS does not receive timely payment of all amounts due for membership fees, your use of any SBBS Service may be severely restricted or terminated at SBBS's sole discretion.

IF FOR ANY REASON, WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR YOUR COMPANY (AFTER PURCHASING A SBBS MEMBERSHIP) HAS NOT USED YOUR SBBS MEMBERSHIP WITH ANY OF OUR PARTICIPATING VENDORS, SBBS WILL PROVIDE YOUR COMPANY'S SECOND YEARS SBBS MEMBERSHIP AT NO CHARGE.

THE FEE FOR ANY SBBS SERVICE IS NONREFUNDABLE. SBBS WILL NOT REFUND ANY FEES PAID BY YOU IF YOU TERMINATE YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US.

SBBS reserves the right at its sole discretion and as it deems appropriate to add or remove certain services it offers and change its fees for any services or memberships.

You agree to notify SBBS immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of the SBBS Service, your credit card, or your password. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card provider cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

You agree to pay any taxes, including personal property taxes or sales taxes (GST for Canadian Customers), resulting from your use of the SBBS Services. You agree to pay all attorney and collection fees arising from our efforts to collect any past due amounts from you to the extent allowed by law.

User Registration Obligations
Provide and promptly update your User Identification to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse all current or future use of Our Site. In addition, we may reject any Site Member registration submission for any reason, or no reason, at our sole discretion. If we terminate your membership, any membership fees paid will be refunded to the member on a prorated basis based on the unused number of days remaining on their membership.
